It won't show that it's downloading, but if you goto yer downloads you'll see the network usage is downloading it, you can't pause it, but if you lose/regain internet it should keep going, it won't keep going if steam is shutdown. After it downloads you can move all the files to a new folder of yer choosing. You have to own DRG on Steam for Steam to allow you to download any depots. If you don't own DRG then this won't work.
